In spite of the fact that Wells Fargo was fined a whopping $3.7 billion dollar fine by the government last month, they still create their own unforced errors which take days of customer time to clean up. Without going into all the details, let me advise everyone to watch whether your credit line is restored once you pay off your account. Normally not only does this happen automatically, but you would take it for granted that it does. This has taken me nearly 8 weeks to solve….and I am still not sure that I have…even after at least 15 phone calls and two days of time.
