I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find a place to “move rewards.” This actually doesn’t seem to be an option at all with Capital One. Could you provide an article update, please?

I agree with Jim. I just checked my capital one account and after clicking on my rewards miles balance, there is not an option to move rewards. I called customer service three different times over the past week, and every time, they said to try again the next day.

If you say it is working, can you provide screenshots that show what to do and where to go to move rewards? Thanks.

I checked my capital one account and after clicking on my rewards miles balance, there is not an option to move rewards. I’ve also called 3 different times over the past week to ask about moving my miles to spouse’s account, and every time, customer service said to try again the next day.

I agree: It seems the feature has been temporarily disabled.
I called last night and CS said they are working to improve this functionality. I hope they realize this is a very much appreciated feature, and that removing it can possibly ruin a competitive edge. In the past, I was able to do it all online, but after a while, the miles transfer had to be done via phone only. Now the miles transfer is no longer available….hope they bring it back soon.

It does not seem to work anymore. I did it in past Now it does not exist. I was told by customer service that “we are told they are improving it but we’ll see”.

That was two weeks ago.

I think they would just change it vs remove it and add the improved version at some point in the future

I am concerned that feature is permanently removed

I’m trying to share my Capital One miles with my wife’s (we both have the Cap One Venture X. There is no option to “share miles”. When I click on “Move rewards” it tells me that I have no eligible account to move to. What am I doing wrong?

When I click on “Move Rewards” I get a message that says “You don’t have any other eligible Capital One accounts.”

I get this on both mine and my spouse’s login. Is this share/combine option now gone?
