Are there any quarantines for inbound flights to LHR from US?

There’s a 14 day quarantine for all travelers

    Dear Johnny,
The beautiful message put out by the CEO of United Airlines is very far removed from our recent experience on a United airlines humanitarian flight from Tocumen Airport in Panama city to Houston on May 27, 2020. The airport enforced very strict social distance rules and we assumed that the airline would be limiting the number of passenger to allow for social distancing. In fact, we were shocked that we, a group of three, who were flying together, were placed with other passengers, two in middle seats between passengers, and that the plane was completely full, all seats occupied. This included , at least, five dogs and 1 cat (who were better behaved than some passengers). The flight attendants did not enforce mask wearing rules on those few fools who chose to remove their masks to visit others when we had to go to San Antonio to refuel as the Houston Airport was closed temporarily due to weather. Shame on United Airlines.
Friends who traveled on Spirit Airlines Humanitarian flight from Tucomen to Ft Lauderdale on June 3 then from Ft Lauderdale to Niagara Falls on June 4th, 2020 reported that the airline was very well-organized and no middle seats were occupied.
