The Bilt World Elite Mastercard® is your best option for paying rent without processing fees. Cardholders earn 1x point per $1 on rent payments and can receive up to 100,000 points per calendar year.

Dining purchases earn 3x points per $1, and travel spending earns 2x points, but you must make at least 5 monthly transactions to earn purchase rewards. Your points are most valuable for travel rewards as they are worth 1.25 cents through the Bilt travel center and there are several 1:1 Bilt transfer partners including American Airlines, Aeroplan, Flying Blue, and Hawaiian Airlines.
