EDITOR’S NOTE: Changes are being made regarding access to the Capital One Lounge and card perks. Here’s what is changing, according to Capital One:
“Effective January 1, 2025, Venture and Spark Miles cardholders will no longer receive complimentary lounge access. You will have 2 complimentary visits to Capital One Lounges or Plaza Premium Lounges to use by December 31, 2024. Venture and Spark Miles cardholders can access Capital One Lounges at a special rate of $45 for themselves and their guests.
All other cardholders & non-customers can enter at the standard rate of $65.”
Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card
The premium Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card is your only option for unlimited access to all three lounge networks. In addition to getting in for free, you can also bring two additional guests at no cost on each visit.
You will pay $45 per excess guest (3rd or more) at Capital One Lounge locations. The pricing and admittance policy differs for Priority Pass and Plaza Premium locations.
In addition to this benefit, Venture X members also enjoy these curated perks:
- Annual $300 credit for Capital One Travel purchases
- Global Entry or TSA PreCheck application fee credit
- 10,000 miles anniversary bonus
- Earn up to 10x miles on purchases
The annual fee is $395 for the primary card, and you can request up to four free authorized users. The secondary cards can enjoy complimentary lounge access without the primary member present.

I flew through DFW last week and used my Spark business card for entry to the C1 lounge and was told that the card could be used for unlimited entry, not just twice. That was my first time there so I’m not sure if this was accurate but figured I’d mention it.
Thanks for the data point!
